My son had an issue with his Miko3 and after discussing via email with Miko Customer relations we had it sorted out and now Miko is back and better than ever! I’m so thankfully for everyone’s help,especially Krutika!! I’m beyond thrilled and thankful and highly recommend Miko if you want to start your child’s introduction into robotic education!!

Tablet on wheels.
We have the mini and the Miko 3. The 3 isn’t worth the upgrade. The parental controls don’t work and you can’t customize their learning. It is basically a tablet on wheels. All my kids want to do is watch shows on it and there is no way to turn it off. I turn off certain things in the parent app but it doesn’t carry over to the Miko.
