When it’s good

When the app works, it’s really good. However, it does seem to glitch out often. Am a client, and although I can login on the website, I haven’t been able to login on the app in over a week. Using the same credentials as I use to log into the website, the app says incorrect email/password. Had this issue before, but it only lasted a couple days.

Tour Feature

I thought I was going insane. I picked dates on the calendar for my tours and it rolled it to the next day. This has happened several times. I choose the date I want to tour and then discover that it rolled it to another day. This needs to be fixed immediately.

Good when works…

This app is great when it works. Unfortunately it logs me out all the time and won’t let me log back in at this point. It doesn’t recognize me as an agent, and it doesn’t let me log out and log back in. When I try to log out now, it just says “we are sorry. “ and doesn’t even give me an option to get logged back in. So frustrating. I can’t see my listings through iOS at all anymore, a total waste of a mobile app. I thought maybe it needed an update and that’s why I’m here, but there’s no update available.

Review

Love the ease of iPhone access. Would suggest making it easier to log showings on your own listings by another agent. I find it hard to locate on the mobile version.

Cannot login

This app is very glitchy. Was not working. Could not log out or log in. Deleted app, redownloaded. Now cannot log in. Select “Sign In” and nothing happens. Terrible app that does not work.
