Unfair review system – hides all negative feedback
I submitted multiple honest reviews through the VinWonders app after visiting the park, including detailed feedback about the terrible quality of the fountain show and other disappointing experiences. Days later, none of my reviews appeared—and I noticed every review shown is 5 stars. This is incredibly misleading. It’s clear that the app filters out anything less than glowing praise, which is unfair to future visitors who rely on real feedback to make decisions. If you only display positive reviews, you’re not running a transparent or trustworthy platform. Do better.
