Worst Vehicle Software I’ve Ever Used
The VinFast app has been extremely disappointing. I’ve used vehicle apps from other brands over 10 years ago that worked better than this. It’s frustrating that VinFast can’t seem to get the basics right. In the two years I’ve had the car, there have been no meaningful software updates or new features. The mobile app barely works. On top of that, I haven’t been able to get Apple CarPlay to function properly for over a year. I had high hopes for VinFast, especially expecting software and continuous updates to be one of their strengths. Instead, both the in-car software and the mobile app have been the worst part of the experience. There seems to be little to no improvement over time. I can’t wait for my lease to end, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle based on my experience.
