In theory the app looks okay , but it cant accept my mobile phone number . we used to be able to reload using the 486 but it was discontinued in favour of the new app which has issues . Once it is fixed etc etc

Forget about this app and KAPS parking lots! I downloaded the app because they have made it so the parking machines do not accept cash and require airtime when paying by MPESA. My KAPS A-Card that I have had for years has the same issues when trying to top up. I was hoping the app would resolve the inconvenience issues. Many things on this app don’t even work or work correctly. It won’t scan barcodes when selecting the bar code option. Screen message notifying that a payment is not required are not accurate, payment is still required when getting to the gate! The website is just as useless and inaccurate. Customer service is poor as well. Fortunately there are less KAPS parking lots, and it is less of a requirement for me to need the service at all. Presumably malls and office buildings are dropping KAPS due to poorly run company. As reflected by the poor quality customer service, website and app! I dread when I have to park in a KAPS managed parking lot! I could go one with all the problems but I have already wasted too much of my time.
