Charges more van stores
Downloaded it to see if I can get some cheaper quotes on a package. The store cost $30 and they were quoting me almost 50. And also charged me when it said it was a free subscription charged my card and then wouldn’t put it back on. And told me I had to use it in the app which I’m not gonna ever use so that money is just gone.

Not Trustworthy at all
I signed up for a free trial, tried out the app. It didn’t offer what I was looking for, it was a cumbersome app to begin with. I went to cancel the free trial. I kept going in circles to cancel “close my account”, select reason. Then right back to the beginning. After a few attempts, I tried simply switching to free account. You can only do that AFTER you pay a $20 fee. I tried contacting support chat to get my money back and the account closed, got an automated message “someone will get back to when they’re available”. Avoid this scam.

Why is there an option to cancel on the app but it won’t actually let you cancel on the app. The whole cancellation process is on the app but even after following all the steps it would not cancel. Only way to do it is on the website. Why even have the option to cancel on the app when you actually can’t. So frustrating!

Absolutely garbage application
Reprint doesn’t work. There’s a lag where you put everything into the address and name but then price isn’t applied. They’ll have an error so I’ll need to request a refund and they always get denied. Garbage. Fire the development team and get a new one.

Confusing UI & Needlessly Restrictive
This UI was just a pain to figure out and they fail to explain stuff like how asking for a refund can take up to 3 weeks when I just wanted to change the weight of one of my parcels. Just buys your stamps normally
