Unusable
Could not get past the first screen. It wanted me to scan a QR code. What QR code??? What is an instance id? If my laptop was working, I could try to find help on MyATSC, but then why would I use the app?

This app is completely useless. No kind of support at all on it. Complete waste of money on all states part. Ridiculous that we can’t even get phone support.

That a Fortune 100 company employs a tech support app that is so shoddy in its basic functions is a sad indictment of AllState as an organization

Horrible tech process
Took forever to figure out how to sign in you have to put Allstate found that out by reading the reviews on this app. Allstate makes it almost impossible to speak to a live person. I had to re-order a new laptop due to the fact that the one I currently had burned out this is the second time my laptop burns out. I tried calling ATSC. It took me 10 tries in order to get a live representative. This app seems worthless for this type of issue
