This app is way better than it used to be. It quite honestly makes the gym membership even more valuable.

The people here are very they’re very professional the trainers everybody I asked their Advice. I talked to them about the way I feel about the exercises that I’m doing and they really seem to care about how you turn out. About how your progress is going. I’m at the gym at all hours because of my work but they really do text you back really quick and chat to keep up with your progress and see how everything is going. I’m almost middle-age now and I’m really careful about how I work out and they caution me to be careful to progress slow slowly do not do too much at first, and I’ll listen because they know what they’re doing
