Notifications don’t work
It’s been over two years, maybe closer to three, since this app has sent a reminder notification. Without the notifications, there’s no point in having the app at all. If I could remember on my own to stand up once in a while, I wouldn’t need the app. I guess I’ll have to try again to find another one. It was really helpful when I still got notifications. Even when I couldn’t or just didn’t want to stand after a notification, the list of missed notifications on my Lock Screen helped me remember how far I still had to go, but I could look forward to seeing less missed or ignored notifications on my Lock Screen over time as I got more used to being more active and more used to the reminders. Except that never happened because it soon quit sending me reminder notifications. If the app is wrote to quit sending notifications after so many missed notifications, then why? Why would you program that in? The people who are downloading apps like this are the ones struggling on their own, but are trying and need an extra reminder, motivation, encouragement — even from an app. What we don’t need is an app that actually gives up on you as not even worth bothering with, even though its sole purpose is to remind you so you don’t give up on yourself. The App Store is not displaying my review. Thanks Apple 🙄

No Reminders
I like how simple this app is but the one thing I wanted it to do was remind me to get up via a notification and it did not.
