Utilize our structured - Home & Gym workouts designed for maximum muscle growth, our customized Meal Plans created by our Registered Dietitians, a customized Mental Health System, Period Tracker, Dance/Yoga/Cardio & Core Activities, and even fun Monthly Challenges... everything you need to get in tune with your body and become the strongest version of yourself.

Daily Home Workouts & Gym Workouts
Our workouts follow a structured 4-week, full-body progressive overload split, designed and created by Katrina McKenna - for maximum growth. Each month, the workout split changes. All workouts include warm-ups and cool-downs designed by our Physical Therapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach. In-depth form videos & explanations are included with each exercise. For home workouts, all you need are dumbbells and a glute band!

Pregnancy workouts
Stay fit and strong throughout your pregnancy and beyond with our specialized workout plans tailored week by week for every trimester, plus postpartum recovery! Whether you prefer exercising at the gym or at home, our workouts, yoga and pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to support your changing body, keep you healthy, and help you prepare for childbirth—all while prioritizing the safety of you and your baby.

Customized Meal Plans
Our Registered Dietitian designed a comprehensive meal plan system to help you become the healthiest version of yourself as you reach your goals! You can decide if you want to track your calories and macros, or if you’d prefer to use our intuitive eating meal plans which give you the option to hide amounts & numbers. We have 4 different meal plans to choose from Finding Balance, Hormone Health, Vegan, and Gluten/Soy/Dairy Free. We focus on easy, quick, yummy, and affordable recipes!

Customized Mental Health System
Take our mental health quiz and receive a customized mental health plan for your busy schedule - including Yoga, Breath Work, Journal Prompts, and more.

Period Tracker
Understand how you can support each phase of your cycle (and see better results) through exercise, diet, and emotional support.

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Overall, I like the app

As I said in the title, overall it’s a great app. However, I’ve noticed some glitches when I’m working out. If I’m watching the videos, I’m unable to put it in full screen. Sometimes it will bug out after and exercise take me out of the page or the app entirely. A suggestion I would make to the app developers is to create a calendar which tracks what and how many days you exercised. I feel like this would be a good motivator to see your progress. Especially for me since I mix and match the home and gym workouts and it doesn’t track that process as a whole.

They Force You to Sign Up

They make you go through a bunch of questions. Then they make you create an account. Then they open to the page where the ONLY option is to buy. Can’t try it out. No way to find out if it’s something you really want. Rotten.
