Lacks main features but promising
You can see the tickets, respond or change the status of the ticket. It also shows the customized queue menus. Ads are not annoying, developer needs to make some money. I see that app was updated recently but mostly for push functions. There is a lot of room for improvement to for basic functions before people can use this much demanded app: - cannot assign tickets to agents - you need to login every time )which is not a big deal as info is preserved) - pictures embedded by the WYSIWYG editor does not show up (just icon) - you cannot respond in HTML editor hence cannot add embed photos in your response - you cannot enter anything into custom fields, although it displays the existing values
