New 6 digit code sent to email
The new six digit code sent to your email or telephone number for extra security is horrific and has not worked for three months, making banking extremely hard with Innovation credit union . I should be able to use my app on my phone with my password and username or my Touch ID Why there is another level of security I do not understand and especially since it’s not working me the six digit code to my email. I have to call Customer service each time I try to make a transfer and it takes an extra half hour or more out of my day to make a simple transfer
