While you are waiting, you can fill out intake forms and communicate with staff through in-app messaging. Never wait in line again just to ask a quick question.

Buggy to the point of being unusable
It does not scale to allow access to all page elements, among other issues. So you literally can’t complete the operation necessary to find your existing place in line.
