Just download the free app, register your debit/credit card in our secure system, and you are ready to go. OmniRide OmniPay will eventually also allow you to use your WMATA SmartBenefits® account to purchase tickets and passes.

This new trans serve process is horrible. The lack of assistance is frustrating. The employee that is supposed to help said “I have an android” so I don’t know how to resolve your camera issue. What a horrific experience. Still not working. Do better.
