Lacking too many features
The good: The plans are good and the app gives you some flexibility. The bad: AI is useless and the app as a training platform is severely lacking features. AI Coach review: - AI is very slow to respond - Responses are 90% ai slop. For example, I will ask it for a replacement workout since I missed a day and it will give me an impossibly difficult workout. - Frequently does not perform the actions you ask of it such as replacing a workout will just add a second workout and you need to ask again Missing App Features: If you’re expecting a Training Peaks replacement this app doesn’t cut it. - can’t upload workout GPX - can’t mark workouts as completed - poor UX for viewing training data - Very expensive
