Whether you prefer dumbbells, resistance bands, or kettlebells, we have a range of workout options to help you achieve your goals. I've also created several programs that use only your body weight, making it easier than ever to get a great workout in – NO EXCUSES!
- Variety of training programs such as FAT LOSS, FUPA, BACK FAT, BOOTY & THIGHS, HIIT, PILATES and so much more! You can follow these programs yourself or with a partner, and I, Mr London, promise you… it’s going to make you SWEAT!

This app provides users with extensive features including workouts, meal plans, Balance and more, all of which require an active subscription. Users are required to make payments in order to have access to these exclusive features that are designed to enhance your fitness journey seamlessly.
The app operates on an auto-renewal basis for these subscriptions, meaning if it's not deactivated, your access will be automatically renewed. Users must turn off the auto-renewal option at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, if they do not wish for their subscription to be renewed.

Has potential but very slow
I love Mr London and I am happy to help support him and his business. But this app has some issues. First off you have to download a workout before you do it. The download time is VERY slow so I would recommend downloading well in advance. Otherwise you get stuck waiting and waiting when you are ready to workout which is really annoying. Second, if you decided to change programs you can’t seem to be able to get the calendar to properly sync if you end up switching back to the previous one. There are definitely some things to be desired in the app. Hopefully they can work out these issues :)

App needs work
I am a fan of Mr. London and his workouts. I use to do them when he was just on YouTube and enjoyed the fun and minimum equipment required to do it in my apartment. What I will say is I haven’t started the workouts with the app but I’m trying to track my water intake and the app doesn’t allow me to put in what I really take in daily. I may start the day with a 16.9 fl oz water bottle but I can only track 16 or if I took in 51 oz for the day I can only track 50. When I do more I’m excited and want to track it because I’m trying to hold myself accountable. Also I forget sometimes to track all of my intake and try to go back to the to that date to input the information, the app doesn’t allow you to. Im grateful for the app and can’t wait to start the workouts, I’m excited to see him grow and it’s small things that would help those who want to be as accurate as possible. Thank you Mr. London keep going. I did try to send a message through the app but never received a response.
