We offer a variety of hot yoga and fitness classes to suit your individual needs and preferences. All of our classes are heated using top of the line infrared heating panels, which makes our yoga studio fell more like a warm, sunny day rather than an unbearably hot and stuffy sauna. The heat helps your muscles relax, allows for deeper stretching, detoxifies the body, improves circulation, increases heart rate and more! With something for everyone, you’ll never get bored.
