Finally Found It!
I have struggled with being overweight my entire life. As I entered my 50s, I was feeling despondent that I could never stick with exercise. Lindywell showed me that I don’t need to spend an hour a day sweating and miserable to take care of myself. Now I do about 20 minutes of Pilates about four times a week, as well as about 20 minutes walking. I have been doing this for a couple years now, and I’ve never stuck with anything this long!
