Please contact your ARCOS administrator for information on when to download and start using this app instead of the previous version.
ARCOS Mobile Plus is changing the way utilities enable their employees to respond, restore and report during both daily operations and unplanned events. Use ARCOS Mobile Plus to respond to callouts, view your schedule, view rosters and receive notification. If your administrator has set you up in the ARCOS system, you simply need to log in to get started.
Some helpful tips:
Your session duration, timed outs and password expirations are controlled by your utility’s security policies and not by ARCOS. We are committed to ensuring the security protocols of the industry are enforced.
To ensure you’re using the latest version of ARCOS Mobile Plus, select auto update in the settings menu of your mobile device.
Contact your administrator at the utility you work for if you are experiencing issues and/or to receive your login credentials.
