Terrible, terrible, terrible.
New app sacrifices enormous levels on functionality to instead try looking a little prettier. Your app is not used by the general public. It is used by working crewmembers who need reliable, fast access to information. We don’t want ANY animations, long loading times, or forced logouts. New app immediately greets you with an unskippable animation. City code dropdown box can’t be interacted with until you find precisely the right unmarked location on your screen. Did you arrive before midnight? Better screenshot driver details as soon as the shutdown checklist is done - it won’t be accessible after midnight. Numerous other glitches and slowdowns are common. Give us big, clean input boxes with zero interruptions and immediate access to the important information we are seeking. None of us are telling our companies how amazing your new app looks.

This app has NEVER worked for me. I’ve even asked Alyson employees in person to help and they’ve all said it’s garbage. Can we go back to the old one yet?
