North Minneapolis has a new way to get around: Metro Transit micro. It’s an affordable, accessible ridesharing service that lets you connect to existing transit routes or take point-to-point trips in much of North Minneapolis.

Metro Transit micro pairs the comfort and convenience of a private ride with an efficient, affordable shared ride.

We use minibuses to reach more neighborhoods. You’ll have shorter wait times by sharing the ride with a few others going the same direction as you.

It's easy to use:
Simply order a ride through the app or by phone. We'll match you in real time with the nearest minibus to be picked up and dropped off anywhere in the service area.

Going to a friend’s house? Want to get dropped off at a METRO C Line station? Metro Transit micro is there for you.

It’s affordable:
It costs the same as local bus routes and you can pay your fare in cash, a Go-To Card, or the Metro Transit app.
