Frequent need to re-enter login creeds. Retains former email address on prime, cannot login.
Seems like every month or so, I need to re-enter login credentials for several channels. Does not happen on the channels themselves, or on other tracking apps I use. That’s annoying. Worse, I changed my Prime account. Entering new (current) creeds, then get an error message saying invalid password and listing the old email address. Change button takes me back to the same login screen, where I’m allowed to enter my new email. Result is the same password error. This is a petty thing to have go wrong, yet it causes so much frustration. The point of retaining the login credentials is to save time. I find myself avoiding this app because I encounter issues each and every time.
