Still disappointed
Not sure why MidFirst changed from the old app, never had an issue, since this new one has been out, it’s been frequent reinstalling. Even after that been having loading issues, last month and a half, I would open the app and it will sit on the bank screen symbol with no sign in available. After frequent app quit and reopen still the same result. The reviews speak for itself at this point when it comes to the mobile app(s). Great bank, longtime customer, however very indifferent when it comes to the mobile banking side.

This app and frankly the bank are the worst
Fix the app. I can’t access my own accounts because of this bank’s inability to maintain the app. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said MidFirst would reach out when it was fixed. I hadn’t even received notice that there was an issue from MidFirst, I had to call and find out myself. Of course, MidFirst can send me an email about my account being over drafted. I can’t access my account to add or move funds either. I will be moving my funds to another bank asap. My review is really zero stars btw
