About GENKI Waveform
To get started, this app includes a quick connection setup tutorial and a digital copy of the user manual. It also allows you to customize the name of your Bluetooth connection and see your battery status on each earbud and audio codec.
Other features include:
Active Noise Cancellation - easily switch between ANC modes - normal, active, and transparency
Preset Equalizer - We include gaming audio and music optimized presets to further bring out details of your experience. We’ve also included the ability to customize your own presets.
Firmware Update - This enables Waveform to receive the latest updates and bug fixes.

Won’t even open on my device
I’m an Android user, and Human Things have completely forsaken us at this point. So, I dug this iPhone 6 that I keep in my car as an iPod out to download the app so I could update and tune my new Waveforms. Guess what? It says iOS 12 is supported by the app (minimum, but still supported), and yet the app won’t launch. I tap it, a black screen zooms in like it’s opening, then exactly 1 second later I’m on the home screen. Thanks, Human Things. Now I have to borrow my roommate’s iPhone any time I want to adjust *anything* on my earbuds. I love the GENKI line, but you really crapped the bed on almost everything about these disturbingly expensive earbuds. Glad I bought them on deeeeep sale or nothing about this would be worth it.

Just got my Genki Waveforms and this app works exactly as expected. Not sure why the reviews are so negative.
