Worse than useless
Red E is a charging network like Blink, EA, etc. right? Nope. They tell you in app/on website to use ChargeHub for payment. So it’s like ABRP, right? Nope has no route planner. So Red E refuses to do the route planning work and also the finance work, what task DO you do, Red E? O honestly want to know.

Can’t accept terms
Anytime the terms change the app won’t let me accept them. I’ve submitted three tickets to the company and called them. I had it resolved once but the issue just came back. It has rendered the app completely unusable. It’s really disappointing because I’d like to use the network.
