App Settings not available

I like the cameras, but I had problems with App Settings: the app doesn’t allow to make any changes, settings are frozen. Tried removing and downloading again and no luck. They work for a year then it forces to buy new cameras again. No Support, the app needs improvements.

Not stable

Not stable, I do not recommend going with this company. I have 13 of these cameras and they are setup exactly how the manufacturer suggests. Half the cameras are unavailable randomly and some of them only come online for about an hour after a reboot. Any time I would have wished to catch something on my camera, it was either offline or unusable because the camera rebooted and moved to a random position even though I have preset positions set. I saw promising things when I started building this system and assumed the company would fix these easily fixable issues eventually, but it’s been years and the cameras are junk, app is still garbage and is missing the most important feature you need in a camera. CTRONICS should either give up or do better. I’m surprised they are still in business honestly.

Outstanding fix on my dual camera unit

I have one of their dual cameras and before this update it was a pain in the but to view the cannonball view I had to go to a different part of the app to see anything but the stationary wide view video, but noe WOW it shows is in the main screen (4 cameras at once) I just tap it for full screen and there it is. GREAT fix I love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊😊

Pretty Underrated

It’s a pretty good app, has a lot of features and I’m glad I gave Ctronics a try, the app is stable and works, but could use a makeover for starters why not make the app logo a security camera, and please add a dark mode. Also even though I changed the name of the camera in the app it still has some weird numbers under the name. Overall 4/5 works well, surprisingly well polished but with just a little more effort would be a 5/5

Support is nonexistent

Contacted customer service about the app while it showed they were available but after texting my question it asked for my name an email. Only to get disconnected and the app then started showing offline. Maybe I can get my question answered this way before I decide to return everything. In the the app one of the buttons says “gun ball linkage” what is that?
