主要是给新手讲得很细致,训记是好用,但问题是对新手不友好,他更适合有一定基础储备认识的使用。 而这个在讲解动作的时候,会讲出错误的动作和正确的动作差异。会讲出新手容易出现的问题。 而选择用软件的使用群体,一般大部分是有记录这个需求,但问题是也有新人完全没有健身经验的问题在。而这个就是在这一块做得很好,所以最后选择这个。 还有像是什么硬汉健身,还有开练。。。别提了,都是骗钱的玩意儿。。。画面很好看,大饼也好看。。。真的买了,那就真的亏死了,到时候你只能怪自己没有做到,殊不知他们的计划的本事就很扯淡。还一个月到达你要的目标?笑死😆
