Easy to use with expert insights
This app is incredible. As a massage therapist with a ton of pregnant clients I’m always looking for tried and true tips and tricks to share with my clients as they prepare for birth. This app has a ton of ideas that are easy to implement. The massage techniques given are uncomplicated and there’s a video for every single card so you can see the movement or support technique to make sure you’re doing it appropriately. I will be sending a link to this app to all of my momma-to-be besties!
