Highly Recommend!
Absolutely loving this fitness app! It’s the perfect companion to my coaching plan—user-friendly, with a variety of workouts set by y coach, customized meal plan, and progress tracking. The app makes it so easy to stay motivated and on track with my goals. Highly recommend this coaching team + fitness app to anyone looking to level up their fitness journey! 5 stars all the way!

Amazing coach, workout, and meal plan!!
I have never had such a good experience with a workout plan or coach before!! She’s literally the sweetest person and gives advice specifically tailored to your goals. She put together a comprehensive meal plan AND workout guide for me, and literally sent me one on one videos explaining everything! She’s also super communicative on the app and on Instagram. Even though we’re in different time zones (I’m in USA and she’s based in Europe), she hasn’t taken more than 12 hours to respond! I cant recommend this highly enough. I already feel so supported and like the advice is specific to my goals and body. Cannot recommend this enough. P.s. I was originally concerned about the other review on the app (saying she doesn’t communicate). That review doesn’t make sense at ALL based on my experience! She has been very quick to respond and answer questions that are billing or workout related.

No communication
I am beyond disappointed about the lack of communication from this program! I emailed them three times about cancelling my subscription and messaged Liz twice and I have not heard a response so I assumed things were done. But for two months I have been charged $187 and I am unable to cancel it!! I had to call my bank to block their transactions! This is ridiculous and I am so upset that they haven’t bothered replying back to me but were super quick in charging me and getting me started on their fitness program. My issues is not with the training with Liz it’s how they have not emailed me back and there is no immediate contact number with these people. I will not recommend this program to anyone else unless you are willing to stay forever with them smh!
