Dont make mistake getting hitched to this outfit
Worst mobile app one could imagine. I upgraded I phone to use face Id that does not work. Sends you to email to get a log on code. Messaging does not work stopped receiving codes. You can get code vial email that is a minute or more delay. Desktop crashes often no matter what browser you use. These people do not care. Customer care folks are nice but clearly there engineers could care less about fixing critical issues. All of this for low price of around 850 per year which like most things will be double that in a couple of years

Stop breaking things. Beta test first!
As others have pointed out, live ID hasn’t worked since the last update. As you’ve recently made that the only way to write for controlled substances this renders the product nearly useless. I don’t know why you keep changing things that aren’t broken and breaking them in the process. Just chill out on “innovating” and refine the app. Do you not beta test? This is a string of bad issues so I think it’s time I looked for another service.
