No Customer Service

I have purchased with Bonhams several times and Customer Service in the United States is very good however, I just purchased something from overseas and I am not receiving any responses whatsoever. Very disappointed.

No losers listed in these auctions ever. All is of interest and then you decide for yourself. Great customer service. Handles shipping of jewelry in house over 15 purchases in last several months. Moves right along. Have also bought beautiful pieces from live auctions in the UK for our daughter living there. Also from Bonhams Skinner in Boston. Fun to watch and learn because goes so quickly - informative!

Never again

Had one experience with Bonham’s via this app and it will be my last. The customer service workers are terribly rude. Could not get answers about a lot I won for over a month. Avoid at all costs. There are better auctions out there.

Watch consignment.

I sent pictures of a watch for an auction appraisal in May I received an acknowledgement that they got it and never received an appraisal it’s now July. I have called them and they said they someone will get back to me, I haven’t heard anything. Poor customer service.

The app is unusable

Buggy. Many functions unusable. Get stick in search screen and need to restart app.
