Basic app with no development
The app has basic function; see who’s online, what they’re playing, and have the possibility of joining/creating a party chat. You can start a game from the app, even download new ones. All of that is great despite the constant bugs associated with loading everything. The absolute horrible part of this app is the lack of development especially with game captures. Every single time i try to clip something cool or funny in a game and download it to my phone, no matter the size of video, I’m met with a thumbnail of the video and a spinning circle which if clicked on or refreshed is greeted with “your video isn’t ready yet. Try again later” I personally avoid leaving reviews, however, I’ve had everything Sony related as far as gaming goes since the original playstation when i was in diapers, and it’s been real tough to ignore all the issues that seem like a simple fix that’ve occurred especially within recent years. Which brings me to my conclusion. The lack of development on these issues is ridiculous. For 2 years the inability to download clips on the app has been a constant issue for a lot of users, but nothing is done about it.

fix the bugs !!
i logged in today and not even a hour later it logged me out, not just on my phone, but on the console too. i go to log in and it tells me to “start from the beginning.”
