App CHANGES YOUR BIRTHDATE and PASSPORT DATE
INFURIATING!! The app CHANGES the dates entered for birthdate and passport date, loses passport number or throws it into the wrong field in their system. We found many entering the date one way LATER than actual date. SOMETIMES it worked

Calling this App horrible is a compliment
Basura!! How does anyone actually have a success flight relying on this trash?! You need a roadmap to check-in, when trying to upgrade my seats it starts with my arrival flights from 3 weeks ago! When tracking baggage, it asks if I want to know about my bags from a flight 3 weeks ago? It’s slow! What is your backend database? MS Access from 1997? Fire all of your app developers and consult with Delta and United if you ever want a fully functioning app - this app is trash!
