The Most Unfriendly Website & Customer Service Experienced
I needed a refill on a prescription and usually Express Scripts contacts the doctor for this task. This time it did not happen and I had to call Express Scripts. I had to sit through all 12 prescriptions being recited to me one by one instead of me being quickly to ask about the particular prescription. I am very frustrated with the Express Scripts application and have wasted 30 minutes of my time to refill one prescription. Express Scripts definitely needs to improve their customer experience.
