Wow! I would have never believed it.
This has been an incredible journey I’m on. I can’t believe that a year and 2 months ago I would be down 79 pounds. I have 81 to go to hit my goal. Thanks to my amazing health coach and all she has done so far with me in my journey. The changes of my diet to activity level are things I can’t believe I have done. The ability to know when I’m full and the ability to know if it is stress, water, grief or I’m actually hungry signs. Verses stress eating and piecing. My coach has helped me in so many ways. Not only my diet but also with the loss of my son and the potential of my Zepbound not being covered by my work. She has been there through it all with me. Mind you I got my health coach in April. So for the short time I have had her a lot has been accomplished. I can’t say enough gratitude to Omada and my health coach for their support , encouragement, patience and having this program. Thank you for all you do.

Not a serious app
This is just not a serious app for people who actually want to reach their goals. Our insurance provider offered me a free account and it seemed useful at first, but after a few months I got the sense that my coach was just a nice person who sent healthy recipes and popped in once in a while to ask banal questions. The lessons seemed just like nicely packaged reviews of common sense tips that could be found anywhere. If you know your goals and you know what you need to do to get there, this is not the app you need. If you want to spend time reading cute lessons and chatting with a nice person about recipes, then you are in the right place, but don’t confuse motion with progress.
