Missing useful info
You can buy a ticket. But it won’t tell you what train you are on, what platform it leaves from, etc. it just says “ London to Rugby, Rugby to Birmingham on the digital ticket. Useless.

Flawed rollout
I updated to the recent version of the app. What a mistake! First of all the tickets I purchased before updating are gone. Secondly, just today I bought tickets on the app, but the tickets do not appear in the app. Fortunately, they did arrive to my email address and I was able to get them into my apple wallet. But my experience so far is that the new app is horribly flawed. Logging in through a browser or through the app doesn’t show my tickets. I tried calling, but of course, customer service is probably slammed with 10 times the usual calls so I never got through.
