Good but stress inducing

It’s pretty easy to get on here and buy tickets. It’s great being able to see where the buses are and what the schedule is. I wish it was immediately clear that you have to create an account and submit a phone number and an email address before you can buy the tickets. And also that you have to submit a photo before you can buy the tickets. I wasn’t aware of any of this until I tried to buy the ticket. Using the ticket with was somewhat stressful because I was at the front of a long line and as soon as I clicked activate ticket, the app crashed. So the driver asked me to step aside while I was trying to relaunch the app. And I got it re-launched and hit activate and this time it worked, but now there was a 45 second timer, letting me know that I had only that small window within which to use the ticket. So I ended up having to cut into the line between paying customers to make sure that the ticket got scanned before the timer ran out. It would also be nice if the app would send a notification if a bus gets canceled. The first bus I tried to catch was canceled. The app tracks my location while I’m using it. So I would assume that it could see that I’m at a bus stop and let me know that that bus has been canceled. But the only way to know is to go into the trip planner and look it up.
