App not working!
I pay for the premium service and it just stoped working! It used to be great, now I never know when my loved one contacts me even tho I paid for the premium service and the app won’t work on my phone at all anymore! Beyond frustrated! Is this gonna be fixed? If so when???

Reliability is nonexistent
I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Messages frequently never reach the inmate, and there’s no way to know which ones actually go through. The delays are ridiculous — hours or days for a message to maybe deliver is unacceptable. The premium feature is a total waste of money. You pay extra and still deal with the same failed deliveries and delays. If you’re going to charge people, the service should at least work. This system either needs a complete overhaul or new leadership, because the reliability is unacceptably bad for something that exists solely to communicate.
