App sucks
Can’t log in and when I do a password reset, I don’t receive a password reset in my email. No matter how many times I do it or wait.

1999 technology that doesn’t work
Someone in the IT department needs to be fired. Residence have not been able to login to manage their visitors for weeks. There is a message after attempting to login that we’ll receive an email with instructions on how to login to the “new” application. There is no email sent, there are not instruction. In fact, they never sent out an email saying there would be a change. Our Guards are frustrated too. What a pathetic company and technology.
