Great App!
The app enables a comprehensive presentation of your personal medical records and emergency contacts. In addition to doctors, meds, conditions, surgeries, allergies, vaccinations, and health insurance categories which allow unlimited entries, the Alert category includes personal items such as a pacemaker and contact lenses and a mental health notice plus the standard medical alerts. Once downloaded, all of your data is stored on the device and available without an Internet connection. The app is free to members as mentioned in the overview. It's a great app for emergency responders and for everyday use at the doctor's office and pharmacy or when completing insurance forms.

What a scam!!!!
A hidden cost of $10, what a joke.... this app is a complete scam and this app is garbage because no one wants to pay any fees and I would stay away from this app.
