Bad services & very poor customer care support
I got a very bad experience after 9 years with e& There are a lot of telecommunication companies in Egypt tried to attracting us with a great offers and services. After calling many times the customer care without any support from there side ,I’ll terminate my all subscriptions mobile & adsl and move to the other company with my same number. Also ADSL I will move before ending my monthly subscription on 25/12/2025. Finally I will advice my whole family and friends not to try my same experience with e& at all.

Trash App - non é& number registration broken
Can’t register with USA number so can’t buy travel ESIM. Congrats, you lost a customer to Vodafone.

It doesn’t work in the USA and I called customer service three times for three days but no one solved my issue
I left alternative number to reach me but they wrote in my case that they can’t contact me
They first tried to contact me on my dead sim
SCAMMMM
Person that sold me the service “ Bundle “ double charged me for being a tourist. Be careful when you get a plan and check online prices before paying. She also used someone’s else’s information to create an account for me. These sales people unfortunately live off ripping tourists off with no shame
Bad calculation service
Internet bundle are screwed up so quickly
