App Down for 2 weeks
I’ve had an issue before. When asked to verify the account I’ve gotten error messages. Then called in, they removed my old phone number which should have been deleted over a year ago. Going on the laptop or desktop, I have no problem verifying and logging in. The app needs to updated somehow. I’m irritated

Took awhile for me to figure out how to make a transfer between accounts. Not obvious. Not intuitive.
