Unreasonable
The charges for calls are ridiculous. $2.40 for a 20 minute call?? Yes I know our loved ones made mistakes but to be able to talk to them it costs $2.40 per 20 minute call PLUS a service fee??? This is ridiculous and you all are taking advantage.

Could be better
When trying to send a message it takes literally over 10 minutes. It lags VERY BAD. Also it double calls, so I accept one call and on the inmates end it’s like it’s still ringing so they proceed to hang up and call again all while I have already answered the call. Sometimes we have to hang up and reconnect because there’s no sound.
