Best airline experience in years
SAS is hands-down the best airline I’ve flown. The service is exceptional, the crew is professional and warm, and the food is genuinely great. A far better experience than United, Delta, or American. Highly recommend.

Obscure Fare Types
Essentially no information about fare types until you’re deep in the booking. It feels like they intentionally want to confuse people. Business Class still requires you to buy a seat — nickel & dime practices!
