Finally! Comprehensive data base with glycemic load
I’ve been looking for “this” for a long time! I finally learned, after many decades of life, about the interaction between high levels of glycemic load (which is related to, but not identical with Glycemic Index) and stubbornness in burning fat. And because having a very low glycemic load creates other health problems, this tool is indispensable in staying in the appropriate GL range for me, to control my fat burning capabilities. Thank you!

Love it!
I love this app. It helps you with your chosen diet, like lower cholesterol, or higher omega 3 diet, or diabetes. It will give a little face next to the things you are trying to watch. I love it when the face is happy. You have to check it out. It has a huge list of foods and you can create recipes.
