They don’t care
I’ve been a customer for 5 years. We have two accounts with them. MONTHS ago the notifications stopped working. I have called them numerous times and explained what’s going on, what I see, what I’ve done, deleted, reinstalled, edited settings, etc etc etc. I work in IT, I know the drill. Never, NEVER has anyone called me back. I’m now waiting for a call back from the last call I made, over 3 weeks ago, which I’m guessing is never coming. The last lady I spoke with sounded promising, sigh, and even told me she’s had other customers complain that they aren’t receiving the notifications either. I told her I first reported this back in April, notifications stopped working in March. If anyone had called me then they would have known they had an issue. At this point I’m cancelling my account and contacting my financial institution about the monthly fees I’ve been paying for months for services that they not only can’t/won’t fix, but they don’t even have the etiquette to contact their customers about. I’ve done my part to try and assist and reconcile the issue. They refuse to be of service. At this point I’m blatantly just being taken advantage of.
