Do not use, you will be sorry
If I could give negative stars, I would. Health Equity as a gas provider is hands down one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The billing is inconsistent and full of unexplained charges, and every attempt to get clarification turns into an endless loop of hold times, transfers, and scripted non-answers. Customer service doesn’t resolve issues — they deflect, contradict each other, and wear you down until you give up. Zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers’ time. If you have a choice, avoid them.
