Clunky Process
For eligible expenditures, I am still required to fill out a hard copy of the service provided, and a mileage form. What’s the point of an app, or desktop, which includes the necessary fields for the data, if I still have to fill out ancient forms, then scan or take a picture, then upload, and upload the receipts? I bought glasses. A pair of glasses. Which is eligible. And now I have to fill out the stupid form and justify my purchase. FSA, you are a joke.

Im having trouble logging in lately as of 12/12/25. After i verify my login with my phone, the loading screen gets stuck and goes back to login screen
