Not connecting
Just received my M2 Max combo. Downloaded app and tried to connect via Bluetooth as instructed in manual. Will not recognize my devices. Tried the usb as an alternative, still no good. Deleting app and will use combo without app.

Terrible
Might return the equipment based on the entirely poor functionality of the app. Haven’t been able to actually use the equipment yet as the software is glitchy, half connects, connects with no functionality - it’s literally like a slick sports car (the design of Lark II) but the engine (software) isn’t connected or won’t connect with no access to troubleshooting (customer service seems to be MIA with little interest to have an accessible 800# to have team members available to support customers). After hours I’m extremely frustrated, with no solutions in sight. And BTW, drop the advertisement to buy more equipment that is front and center in the utility app, your utility app is where your clients (customers who have already purchased your equipment!!) go to use the equipment, not get a flashing banner that continuously cycles trying to get you to buy more; literally feels like the banner is the only thing on that app that actually works consistently. Go figure.
