I’m new to the app. Twice the vet’s office had to reset my account. I followed all instructions. Once I get to the “Please read the terms and conditions” page and I check of to accept the terms, it does not allow me to go any further. At first I thought I did something wrong. Secondly, I deleted the app and re-download it. I followed all instructions and end up in the same situation. Not even the vet’s office could figure this out. It is confirmed that this is an app issue. This is terrible & discouraging for new and present pet owners. The last update was a week ago and did not bring any relief to all those waiting to use the app. Unfortunately it’s useless at this point. UPDATE: I reached out to support by email and fixed the problem. I’m pleased with supports quick response and was able to help. Love the app! Wonderful features and friendly.
